The whistleblowing channel is provided by DESARROLLO MULTILATERAL, S.L. (DEM) (hereinafter, the COMPANY), using the ithikios platform, owned by Digital Products Development S.L. , a company specialised in internal whistleblowing management systems for organisations. It maintains a data processing agreement with the COMPANY for the purpose of receiving, storing and forwarding communications to the Company’s Compliance team. Ithikios guarantees the security and confidentiality required for the contracted processing purpose.
