If you submit a report, even if not anonymously, your identity will be protected and cannot be disclosed to third parties. Confidentiality is also ensured regarding the personal data of the individuals concerned and any third parties mentioned in the information provided. Any disclosures that must be made are subject to the safeguards set out in the applicable regulations and the procedures associated with the ISO 37001:2025 anti-bribery management system implemented within the company.
Please report any breaches committed by individuals within the organisation falling within the scope of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 and Law 2/2023 on the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and acts of corruption, as well as violations of the Ethical Code and the Business Conduct Code.
